These General Conditions govern the use of the website owned by Néstor Villalba Forniés, as well as the conditions applicable to requests, quotes and the provision of the professional services offered through it. Using the website confers User status and implies full acceptance of every clause in this document.

Instalaciones Villalba provides professional installation, repair and maintenance services, including:

• Electrical installations and the issuing/signing of official certificates.
• Water installations and the issuing/signing of official certificates.
• Authorised gas installations.
• Air conditioning and climate control.
• General repairs and renovations.
• Maintenance and painting for homes and residential buildings.
• Locksmith services, coming soon.

All services are carried out by qualified staff holding the legal authorisations required for each type of installation.

Requests made through the contact form, WhatsApp or by phone do not constitute a firm contract, but a request for a quote. The contractual relationship is only formed once the customer expressly accepts the quote provided by Instalaciones Villalba.

Quotes are valid for 30 calendar days from issue unless stated otherwise. Any additional work not included in the initial quote will be communicated and must be approved by the customer before it is carried out.

Prices are stated in euros (€) and include the taxes applicable under current legislation. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is made on completion of the service by bank transfer, Bizum or cash. For larger jobs a deposit may be requested, duly stated in the accepted quote.

Every service provided is invoiced in the customer's name using the tax details they supply.

In accordance with current consumer protection legislation, all work carried out is guaranteed as regards labour. Materials supplied are covered by the guarantee offered by their manufacturer.

The guarantee excludes damage arising from misuse, handling by third parties, natural wear, force majeure or any unauthorised intervention in the completed installation.

The customer may cancel a contracted service free of charge by giving at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled date. Cancellations with less notice may incur charges for travel costs or materials already purchased for the job.

The User undertakes to:

• Provide truthful and complete information when requesting quotes or services.
• Allow access to the work site under the agreed conditions.
• Not use the website for unlawful purposes or contrary to good faith.
• Not introduce content that could damage the operation of the site.

All website content (texts, images, logos, design, source code, etc.) belongs to Néstor Villalba Forniés or is used with the corresponding authorisation. Its reproduction, distribution or transformation without the owner's express written authorisation is prohibited.

The certifications and qualifications shown on the website are for information only. Downloading, reproducing or using them outside this site is not authorised without the owner's consent.

Personal data provided through the contact form or any other channel is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), for the purpose of handling the request and, where applicable, providing the contracted service.

The User may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection in writing to the owner via the phone number indicated or the channels provided for that purpose.

When submitting the contact form, the User is aware that the request is channelled through the WhatsApp service to the number +34 612 430 855. WhatsApp is a third-party service governed by its own terms and privacy policies.

Instalaciones Villalba is liable for damages directly attributable to the incorrect execution of the contracted services. It is not liable for damage arising from pre-existing installations in poor condition, modifications made by third parties, or any event of force majeure.

The owner reserves the right to amend these conditions at any time, as well as the content and services offered through the website. Amendments take effect once published.

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the website, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, except where applicable regulations establish another mandatory jurisdiction, in particular where the User is a consumer.
